What You’ll Do

  • Prepare the Environment: Maintain a clean, orderly, and stimulating classroom filled with Montessori materials that are age-appropriate and inviting.
  • Observe and Guide: Act as a "scientific observer" to understand each child's development, providing individual or small-group lessons when they are ready.
  • Foster Independence: Empower students to choose their own work, solve problems, and develop practical life skills.
  • Partner with Parents: Build warm, professional relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child’s progress and social-emotional growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with assistant teachers and staff to ensure a consistent, respectful school culture.

Who You Are

  • Certified: You hold a Montessori certification (AMI, AMS, or equivalent).
  • Educated: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • Patient & Observant: You have the "patience of a saint" and a keen eye for detail.
  • A Lifelong Learner: You are passionate about the Montessori method and eager to continue your professional growth.
  • Communicator: You can explain complex developmental milestones to parents with warmth and clarity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
