Job Title: Early Years Educator (EYE) – Female

Job Description:
We are looking for a caring and creative Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with young children, able to create a nurturing environment, and skilled at delivering engaging activities that support early learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for Nursery/Kindergarten students.
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Use play-based and interactive teaching methods to build early literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
• Encourage curiosity, independence, and positive behavior in children.
• Observe and assess each child’s progress, maintaining records and sharing updates with parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan events, activities, and learning programs.
• Ensure health, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education / Montessori training (preferred).
• 2-3 years Experience working with young children in a school/childcare setting(Mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
