We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mortgage Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the UAE mortgage market, banking procedures, and real estate financing options. This role involves advising clients on suitable mortgage products, managing end-to-end mortgage applications, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, banks, and real estate agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage options, eligibility, and financing structures.
• Assess clients’ financial profiles to recommend suitable mortgage products offered by UAE banks.
• Liaise with banks, developers, and property agents to facilitate mortgage approvals.
• Stay up-to-date with UAE Central Bank regulations, lending policies, and changes in mortgage interest rates.
• Prepare and review all required documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with bank requirements.
• Maintain and develop relationships with key banking partners to secure competitive mortgage solutions.
• Follow up on applications, ensure timely disbursement, and support clients throughout the mortgage journey.
• Maintain a database of clients and prospects, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the UAE mortgage or banking sector (Dubai experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, mortgage products, and banking procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
