Role Purpose: To source & facilitate home finance applications for the entire onboarding journey of the customer To ensure that individual targets are met month on month To identify business development opportunities to increase sales Attend to all after sales queries of the customer till customer has availed entire disbursement of funds for completing the construction. To be able to service customer requests through out the journey of securing home finance and provide required support for the customers Responsible to close customer complaints and ensure the customer is satisfied with the service provided Ensure TAT is adhered to where possible exceed customer expectations To ensure the daily submissions are complete in both documentation and credit requirements Ensure adherence and compliance of all banks prescribed processes, standard operating procedures and central bank local requirements To ensure appropriate KYC & ID&V has been completed for the customers in line with stipulated guidelines. To ensure all correct and accurate information has been communicated to the customers. There should not be any instances of mis-sell, or incorrect information given to clients.

Key Accountabilities of the role

  • To ensure monthly disbursement targets are met.
  • To ensure complete and correct applicants are submitted for a smooth and successful process.
  • To ensure new avenues are opened such as to source new business and meet monthly targets
  • Ensure Customer queries are resolved within agreed TAT
  • Positive Customer feedback

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

  • Sales & Customer Service Experience
  • Real Estate Market Knowledge and working experience
  • Home Finance Banking experience preferred
  • Good Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
