Mortgage Advisor

We are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Mortgage Advisory . The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance to clients on mortgage products, financing options, and property purchases while maintaining strong relationships with banks and real estate partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on the best mortgage products based on their financial needs and eligibility.
• Evaluate client profiles and prepare loan applications with required documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, developers, and real estate brokers.
• Negotiate and secure the most competitive mortgage rates and terms.
• Stay updated on UAE mortgage regulations, market trends, and product updates.
• Support clients throughout the mortgage approval and disbursal process.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in the UAE mortgage or real estate financing sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE banking policies and mortgage processes.
• Excellent communication, sales, and client advisory skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Relevant mortgage certifications or licensing preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
