About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Relationship Executive to join our founding team.In this role, you will engage with corporate clients, manage company-provided leads, and close high-value deals. You’ll represent Credon Capital professionally while supporting clients with tailored financial solutions and expert advisory.

Key Responsibilities

Convert qualified leads into successful deals.

Build and maintain strong client relationships in the corporate sector.

Analyze financial statements and balance sheets to assess client needs.

Prepare and present professional emails, proposals, and reports.

Conduct client visits and meetings to strengthen relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient deal processing.

Identify cross-selling opportunities for various financial products.

Support compliance and ensure adherence to company policies and UAE regulations.

Corporate Banking Responsibilities (Advanced Scope)

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for corporate clients, understanding their financial objectives and offering tailored solutions.

Financial & Credit Assessment: Evaluate client financials, prepare credit proposals, and coordinate approvals.

Advisory & Communication: Provide professional support and maintain consistent client engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams—credit, legal, and operations—for seamless execution.

Market & Product Insight: Stay updated on financial trends and industry developments.

Reporting & Documentation: Prepare client reports and performance summaries for management.

Networking: Represent Credon Capital at events and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Candidate Requirements

  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate or SME banking, or corporate finance.
  • Strong skills in financial analysis, client management, and communication.
  • Excellent email and proposal writing ability.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Basic understanding of Credon Capital’s services (corporate loans, mortgages, business funding).
  • UAE driving license preferred.
  • Education: Master’s degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,750.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
