Core Duties
 
* Achieve or exceed sales targets for mortgage and core banking products
* Promote mortgage solutions in assigned territories and through targeted campaigns
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and referral networks
* Conduct promotional activities, roadshows, and field meetings to drive new business
* Submit complete and error-free customer applications and documentation
* Address document discrepancies and ensure timely resubmission
* Generate regular sales reports and market feedback for the Sales Manager
* Recommend qualified applicants that align with bank risk and credit policies
* Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to suggest product improvements
* Support cross-selling initiatives across FAB s product range
* Maintain compliance with all FAB policies, procedures, and code of conduct
* Handle routine client issues professionally and escalate significant matters appropriately
 
Ideal Profile
 
* Bachelor s degree (preferred)
* Minimum 1 year experience in mortgage sales or real estate sales; other banking sales is a plus
* Strong sales, negotiation, and client servicing skills
* Familiarity with the UAE real estate and mortgage landscape
* High motivation and goal-driven mindset
* Effective communication with senior stakeholders across corporate and semi-government entities
* Sales certification or diploma (desirable)
* Knowledge of FAB s retail banking products
* Strong computer literacy and CRM familiarity
* Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a diverse team environment
