Mortgage Consultant

About the Role:


We are looking for an experienced and driven Mortgage Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, mortgage advisory, or financial consulting, with a solid understanding of the UAE mortgage market. This position offers a clear career path to becoming the Head of the Mortgage Department for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

· Advise clients on mortgage options and guide them through the application process.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and real estate partners.

· Negotiate and structure mortgage deals to best meet clients’ financial needs.

· Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

· Contribute to developing internal processes and the future mortgage team.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in mortgage brokerage, banking, or financial consulting.

· Strong understanding of mortgage products, credit policies, and banking systems.

· Existing contacts within UAE banks are highly desirable.

· Fluency in English (Russian language would be an advantage).

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

· Ambition to take on leadership responsibilities and grow into a management role.
