Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a range of mortgage and home finance solutions (residential, commercial, and buy-to-let)
• Analyze clients’ financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage products
• Manage the end-to-end mortgage process — from initial consultation to loan disbursement
• Coordinate with banks, lenders, and developers to secure competitive mortgage deals
• Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
• Stay updated on UAE market trends, interest rates, and Central Bank regulations
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, ideally in mortgages, loans, or other financial products
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to achieve targets and close deals
• UAE driving license is an advantage
• Self-motivated, professional, and client-focused attitude
