Mortgage Advisor

About the Role:


We are looking for an experienced and driven Mortgage Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, mortgage advisory, or financial consulting, with a solid understanding of the UAE mortgage market. This position offers a clear career path to becoming the Head of the Mortgage Department for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on mortgage options and guide them through the application process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and real estate partners.
• Negotiate and structure mortgage deals to best meet clients’ financial needs.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Contribute to developing internal processes and the future mortgage team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mortgage brokerage, banking, or financial consulting.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, credit policies, and banking systems.
• Existing contacts within UAE banks are highly desirable.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ambition to take on leadership responsibilities and grow into a management role.
