This is not an entry-level or training-only position.

• What You’ll Be Doing
• Advise clients on mortgage and retail banking finance solutions
• Convert inbound, marketing-qualified leads into disbursals
• Coordinate with banks, underwriters, and internal teams
• Maintain CRM discipline and follow-up SLAs
• Close deals using a consultative, compliant sales approach

Who This Role Is For (Minimum Criteria)

• At least 1 year of UAE banking product sales experience, in:
• Credit Cards
• Personal Loans
• Auto Loans
• Mortgages
• Proven ability to close deals in a target-driven environment
• Strong English communication skills
• (Arabic / Hindi is a plus, not mandatory)
• Client-first, advisory mindset
• UAE driving license preferred
• This Role Is NOT a Fit If:
• You have less than 1 year UAE banking sales experience
• You are currently outside the UAE
• Your experience is purely backend / documentation
• You’re looking for a junior or learning-only role
