About the Role

Square Yards UAE is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Mortgage Advisor to assist clients in securing the most suitable home financing solutions. The ideal candidate will guide customers through the mortgage process, from initial consultation and pre-approval to final loan disbursement, while maintaining strong relationships with banks, lenders, and real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate mortgage leads through property clients, referrals, networking, and business development activities.
• Advise clients on mortgage products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and financing options available across UAE banks.
• Conduct financial assessments and affordability analyses for clients.
• Assist customers with mortgage pre-approval, documentation, and application submission.
• Coordinate with banks and lending institutions to ensure smooth processing and timely approvals.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients throughout the mortgage journey.
• Build and manage relationships with banks, developers, real estate agents, and internal sales teams.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in mortgage sales, banking, financial services, or real estate.
• Strong understanding of the UAE mortgage market and lending products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• English proficiency is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Strong sales and consultative advisory approach.
• Knowledge of mortgage regulations and banking procedures in the UAE.
• Ability to analyze financial documents and customer profiles.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
