As part of our continued growth, we are looking to expand our team with a motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor who can provide expert financial guidance and help our clients secure the best mortgage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on the best mortgage products based on their needs and financial circumstances
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions to obtain competitive mortgage offers
• Pre-qualify clients and assist in collecting necessary documents for mortgage applications
• Stay updated with the latest mortgage regulations, bank policies, and interest rates in the UAE
• Maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, and financial institutions
• Manage end-to-end mortgage process from application to disbursal
• Provide after-sales support and ensure a smooth client experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Consultant in the UAE (minimum 2 years)
• Strong understanding of the UAE banking system and mortgage products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple clients and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus
