Role Overview

Our client, XOTO is building a next-generation home ownership and property ecosystem. We are looking for driven, independent Mortgage Agents who can help customers secure the right home financing solutions while earning uncapped commissions.

This is a commission-only role with high earning potential, ideal for self-motivated professionals who thrive on performance and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage potential home buyers, investors, and property owners requiring mortgage solutions
• Understand client financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and internal XOTO teams to ensure smooth processing
• Assist clients through documentation, approvals, and final disbursement
• Maintain high standards of customer experience and transparency
• Track leads, applications, and conversions via XOTO’s platform
• Stay updated with mortgage products, interest rates, and regulatory guidelines

Eligibility & Experience

• Experience: 1–5 years in mortgages, home loans, banking, financial sales, or real estate finance
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, eligibility criteria, and lending processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently
• Experience in UAE mortgage market is a plus

Compensation Structure

• 100% Commission-Based (No Fixed Salary)
