Mortgage Consultant

Location: Dubai

Experience: 3-5 years in the UAE mortgage industry with real estate knowledge

Qualifications: Relevant mortgage certifications or licensing (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

▶ Provide expert mortgage consultation and advice to clients based on their financial needs

▶Evaluate client financial backgrounds and recommend suitable mortgage products

▶Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, banks, and clients

▶Negotiate mortgage terms and conditions with financial institutions

▶Assist clients through the mortgage application and approval process

▶Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies

▶Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate and mortgage market trends

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Relevant certifications or licensing in mortgage or finance preferred

Excellent command of English

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Customer-focused with strong communication abilities
