Role Summary

The Mortgage Loan Agent will be responsible for promoting and facilitating mortgage loan products to clients, guiding them through the loan application process, and ensuring seamless execution from application to approval. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, understanding of real estate and mortgage sales, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and actively prospect new clients for mortgage loan products.
  • Provide expert guidance on mortgage offerings, eligibility criteria, and financing options.
  • Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gather all required documents accurately.
  • Maintain strong relationships with property agents, developers, and financial institutions.
  • Conduct initial financial assessments to pre-qualify clients.
  • Coordinate with underwriting and processing teams for timely loan approvals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, loan regulations, and real estate developments.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall growth of the mortgage portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage or real estate sales (mandatory).
  • Strong financial acumen with knowledge of mortgage processes and loan evaluations.
  • Proficiency in client negotiation, lead conversion, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets within deadlines.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • Bilingual (English & Arabic)required.
  • *Sales background in Real Estate or Mortgage – must have.
  • Banking or Financial background is an added advantage.
  • Age 25 – 37 years old (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-driven.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally with diverse clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
