Qualifications

Strong expertise in Loan Origination and Mortgage Lending processes

Experience with Loan Underwriting and evaluation of creditworthiness

Knowledge of finance principles and practices, specifically in the mortgage lending industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment

Proficiency with industry-standard mortgage software and tools is preferred (Encompass).

Licensure or certification as required by state and federal regulations

Prior experience in a mortgage or financial services environment is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
