Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate mortgage loan leads through various channels.
• Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' needs, goals, and eligibility for mortgage products.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, including gathering required documentation, verifying information, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all related parties are kept informed of loan status, conveying the appropriate level of urgency and professionalism so that all expectations are exceeded.
• Seek prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.

Requirements:

• Active NMLS License required.
• Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and Non-QM loan products
• Demonstrated understanding of mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
• Minimum of three (1) years of residential mortgage lending experience with a focus on generating self-sourced business is preferred
• Outside Loan Consultant
