Mortgage Operations Specialist

IMMEDIATE HIRE: Compensation & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee loan files from application through approval, ensuring compliance with investor and program guidelines.
• Review borrower income, assets, and credit documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze AUS findings and prepare files for submission to lenders.
• Coordinate with clients, title companies, and lending partners to keep transactions on track.
• Communicate clearly with borrowers about program options, fees, and required documentation.
• Monitor key dates to ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in residential mortgage lending (processing, support, or similar).
• Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs.
• Strong knowledge of loan origination platforms (Encompass, Arive, LendingPad, etc.).
• Proven ability to calculate income for both W-2 and self-employed borrowers.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple pipelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
