Mother & Baby Care- Midwifery Nurse

The Midwifery Nurse will provide dedicated care and support to a mother and newborn baby at home for a period of two months. The focus is on ensuring the mother's recovery, newborn’s safety, and overall wellbeing of the family.

• Monitor mother’s health, vitals, and overall recovery.
• Support breastfeeding and help manage common issues.
• Guide the mother on rest, nutrition, hygiene, and safe postnatal practices.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance.
• Monitor newborn health, feeding, sleep, and overall daily routine.
• Assist with bathing, cord care, burping, cleaning, and diaper changing.
• Ensure safe handling, sleep safety, and hygiene practices.

Requirements

• ANM/GNM/BSc Nursing qualification.
• Experience in mother & baby care or maternity/NICU/postnatal care preferred.
• Kind, patient, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good communication in Malayalam.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 50 – 80 per week
