Key Responsibilities

  • Nurturing Environment: Creating a warm, safe, and supportive classroom atmosphere akin to a mother's care.
  • Holistic Development: Focusing on the child's academic, social, and emotional growth, with an emphasis on foundational skills.
  • Lesson Planning & Delivery: Developing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
  • Student Progress Monitoring: Assessing and tracking student progress through various means, such as observations, assignments, and assessments.
  • Parent Communication: Maintaining open and regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
  • Classroom Management: Ensuring a safe, orderly, and engaging learning space for young students.
  • Collaboration: Working with other staff members and contributing to school-wide initiatives.
