Motion Graphic Designer

Role Overview

Qatar Living is seeking a creative and digitally aware Motion Graphic Designer to produce engaging motion content, short-form videos, and high-quality static visuals for our digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who combines animation skills with video editing and graphic design capabilities, and who understands how content performs across social media platforms. The Graphic Animator will play a key role in bringing campaigns, marketplace listings, and community stories to life through visually compelling content.

You will collaborate closely with the Content and Marketing teams to create attention-grabbing content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) optimized for social platforms
• Design and produce motion graphics and animations for campaigns and promotional content
• Develop high-quality static visuals for posts, advertisements, and announcements
• Edit video content, including transitions, effects, subtitles, and basic sound design
• Translate creative briefs into impactful visual storytelling
• Stay updated on digital trends, viral formats, and evolving platform requirements
• Collaborate with content strategists to ensure alignment with campaign goals
• Adapt and optimize content based on performance insights
• Support event coverage and digital activations when required

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in animation, motion graphics, and video editing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating animation work and short-form video content
• Proficiency in: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop / Illustrator, CapCut or similar short-form editing tools
• Good understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement
• Ability to create visually appealing and performance-driven content
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines
