Motion Graphic Designer

KSX Immersive Technology is a next-generation experiential technology studio delivering cutting-edge interactive solutions for exhibitions, live events, brand activations, and immersive environments.

We specialize in blending technology, content, and engineering — from kinetic LED installations and volumetric displays to AI-driven activations, VR/AR experiences, and projection-mapped environments.

At KSX, we don’t just build technology — we design experiences that move people.

Contract Duration

This is a project-based contract role from March 20 to June 10, supporting key live events, exhibition builds, and immersive activations during a peak delivery cycle.

Strong performance during this period may lead to extended collaboration on future projects.

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly creative and technically strong motion designer who thrives in fast-paced, concept-driven environments. You’ll play a key role in developing dynamic visual content for events, exhibitions, immersive spaces, and brand activations — transforming concepts into powerful visual experiences.

This is not a standard social media motion role. You’ll be designing for large-format LED screens, projection-mapped environments, immersive rooms, and interactive installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and produce high-impact motion graphics for live events, exhibitions, and immersive activations.
  • Develop both 2D and 3D animations that enhance storytelling within physical and digital spaces.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, content, and production teams to execute cohesive visual narratives.
  • Translate storyboards, scripts, and brand guidelines into refined motion outputs.
  • Execute compositing, VFX, transitions, and final rendering across multiple formats (LED walls, projection mapping, AR visuals, etc.).
  • Manage projects end-to-end — from style frames and mood boards to final delivery.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in motion graphics and multimedia design.
  • Strong command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Blender.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, pacing, storytelling, and transitions.
  • Ability to manage tight timelines while maintaining high creative standards.
  • Prior experience creating content for events, exhibitions, or large-format digital displays is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced 3D motion design and camera animation.
  • Experience with rendering engines such as Eevee, Cycles, Redshift, or similar.
  • Familiarity with immersive formats such as projection mapping, LED content, AR visuals, or interactive installations.
  • Strong eye for lighting, composition, and cinematic presentation.
