Motion Graphic Designer

Role Overview

The Motion Graphics Designer will lead the creation of high-end motion visuals across Fakhruddin Properties’ marketing, brand storytelling, and launch campaigns.

This role is focused on cinematic motion design, animated storytelling, brand films, real estate explainer content, and digital campaigns. The candidate must be highly skilled in animation, timing, transitions, and visual narrative, capable of transforming static design, architecture, and concepts into compelling motion experiences.

The role requires strong ownership from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Films & Cinematic Motion

Design and execute motion graphics for brand films, launch films, event visuals, and campaign videos.

Create premium typography animation, cinematic transitions, and storytelling sequences.

Support hero visual moments for project launches and announcements.

Collaborate with video editors and directors to elevate narrative impact.

2. Real Estate Motion Storytelling

Animate architectural renders, floor plans, UI overlays, and feature callouts.

Create lifestyle motion sequences highlighting wellness, technology, and amenities.

Produce project explainer videos and investor presentation animations.

Develop motion systems for recurring project storytelling.

3. Digital & Performance Motion

Produce short-form motion content for social media, paid ads, and website use.

Create motion templates for always-on marketing.

Optimize animations for different platforms and aspect ratios.

Support rapid campaign rollout with adaptable motion assets.

4. Visual Systems & Motion Language

Define motion style, pacing, transitions, and animation principles aligned with brand identity.

Develop reusable motion toolkits, presets, and animation systems.

Ensure consistency across all motion outputs.

5. Technical Execution

Handle compositing, tracking, masking, and advanced animation workflows.

Work with 3D renders and integrate them into motion sequences.

Manage project structure, render pipelines, and file optimization.

Deliver final exports across broadcast, OOH, digital, and social formats.

6. Innovation & Creative Exploration

Stay updated on motion design trends, cinematic styles, and emerging tools.

Explore AI-assisted workflows, generative motion, and new storytelling formats.

Recommend new visual directions for brand storytelling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
