Motion Graphics & 3D Artist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Graphic & 3D Artist to join our Product Design Department, responsible for shaping the visual language and micro-interactions across ACE's app, web and internal digital products. This role sits within the product experience ecosystem not marketing and focuses on enhancing user interfaces, in-app visual consistency, iconography, and the creation of high-fidelity 3D assets that elevate our fintech user experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible to collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers, Products Managers, and Front-End Engineers to design assets that feel functional, delightful, and on-brand for ACE's international audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Products Interface Visual Design

• Design and animate UI-level visual assets, including icons, illustrations, onboarding graphics, transaction visuals, and in-app empty states.
• Develop Consistent 3D iconography and illustrations aligned with ACE's evolving design system (light and dark modes).
• Collaborate with Product Designers to visually refine UX-approved screens, adding high-fidelity graphics, icons, and 3D elements that enhance clarity, usability, and trust.
• Support UI/UX teams in design QA to ensure assets render cleanly and consistently across devices and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the Product Design Manager to define the overall creative vision and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Gather design references, create mood-boards, scamps, storyboards and animatics to communicate ideas to stakeholders.
• Leverage Knowledge of animation, editing and post-production tools to consistently produce top-quality work.

2. 3D Design & Motion

• Create 3D/2D icons, micro-illustrations, and lightweight motion visuals (Lottie/After Effects) that communicate complex fintech actions e.g. verification remittance success, onboarding steps.
• Ensure 3D visuals are optimized for mobile and web performance, adhering to technical constraints.
• Collaborate with Product Design to establish 3D style guidelines and reusable component libraries.

3. Brand Consistency Across Product Interfaces

• Maintain visual harmony across all ACE digital touchpoints by following and contributing to ACE Products Design brand and product style guides.
• Work closely with UI Designers to ensure ACE's interface visuals remain accessible, intuitive and globally appealing.

4. Cross Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product Designers to ideate visuals for app and web features.
• Work with Develops to validate asset integration (SVGs, 3D renders, Lottie, JSON, etc.).
• Contribute to design documentation (e.g., visual specs, asset libraries, handoff files).
• Participate in design reviews and product sprint discussions to align visuals with business and UX goals.

Required Skills & Competencies

Design Expertise:

• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D/2D icons, digital illustrations, and in-app visuals for technology or fintech products.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suit (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), and 3D tools (Blender, Cinema4D, or equivalent).
• Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals spacing, hierarchy, alignment, and accessibility.
• Familiarity with responsive and platform-specific design (iOS, Android, Web).
• A strong motion reel or portfolio that demonstrates your abilities as an animator and video editor.
• Explore and experiment with AI technologies to discover ways they can enhance motion design workflows and creative output.

Technical Fluency

• Experience exporting assets for mobile (iOS/Android) and web.
• Ability to produce Lottie animations or light motion graphics.
• Understanding of vector optimization, SVG handling and render performance.

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to details, visual consistency, and aesthetic judgment.
• Collaborate mindset ability to work closely with designers, product managers, and developers.
• Ownership attitude proactive in identifying design improvement within the product experience.
• Passion for fintech innovation and user-centric design.

Preferred Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a product design or digital interface environment Previous work in fintech, payments or digital app design is a plus.
• Knowledge of UI motion design principles and 3D/2D lighting/texturing for digital UI is highly desirable.
• Experience contributing to design systems or cross platform component libraries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
