Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and producing engaging animations, videos, and graphics for digital, social media, and advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content.
• Create explainer videos, promotional ads, and social media content.
• Convert static visuals into engaging motion designs with strong storytelling.
• Collaborate with the creative team on storyboarding and visual concepts.
• Ensure brand guidelines and visual consistency across all projects.
• Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining creativity and precision.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong knowledge of animation principles, typography, and transitions.
• Experience in storyboarding and vector-based animation.

Creative Skills

• Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and composition.
• Ability to translate static designs into impactful motion graphics.
• Understanding of branding and design aesthetics.

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail with a creative mindset.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Salary

• Fresher: ₹12,000 per month
• Experienced (1–3 years): Up to ₹18,000 per month

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field (preferred).
• Fresher or 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong portfolio of motion graphics and video work.
