Motor Mechanic

Experienced technician skilled in:

Electrical Motor Rewinding: Expert in dismantling, rewinding, insulating, and assembling AC/DC motors of various capacities. Skilled in fault detection, coil winding, varnishing, and testing to restore efficiency and performance.

Gearbox Repair & Maintenance: Proficient in diagnosing faults, dismantling gear systems, replacing worn-out bearings, seals, and gears, and reassembling with precision for smooth operation. Skilled in preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.

Kitchen Machine Repair: Hands-on experience repairing commercial and domestic kitchen equipment such as mixers, grinders, ovens, slicers, and food processors. Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults, replace faulty parts, and ensure machines run safely and effectively.

A/C Motor Repair: Knowledgeable in repairing and maintaining air conditioning motors and compressors, including coil rewinding, bearing replacement, and alignment. Skilled in troubleshooting electrical faults to improve cooling performance.
