Motorcycle Delivery Rider

We are seeking a punctual, customer-oriented, and reliable Motorcycle Delivery Rider to manage the timely and secure delivery of pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical items to our valued customers across designated areas. The successful candidate must have a strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of medicines and other pharmacy-related items to customers as per scheduled delivery timelines.
• Verify and collect customer payments (cash/card) when required, ensuring proper reconciliation of cash and invoices.
• Maintain proper documentation of deliveries and returns, including collecting customer signatures and delivery confirmations.
• Ensure the motorcycle is maintained in good condition and report any faults or damages immediately.
• Adhere strictly to traffic rules and safety regulations while maintaining a professional appearance and courteous behavior at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as a brand ambassador for MedX Pharmacy.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and delivery teams for efficient route planning and handling of urgent orders.
• Support pharmacy operations when required, such as assisting with light store duties during idle delivery periods.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE motorcycle driving license
• Minimum of 1–2 years of delivery experience, preferably in a pharmacy, healthcare, or e-commerce setup.
• Familiarity with UAE roads and GPS-based navigation systems.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and respectfully.
• Basic knowledge of delivery protocols, invoice handling, and payment collection.
• Physically fit and able to handle outdoor duties in all weather conditions.
• Flexible with work schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
