Job Description:
Report directly to the Planning Department Manager and work closely with Product Planning, Sales, and Logistics teams to support sales planning activities and operational decision-making.
Act as a key contact point with HM, HME, HTR and related factories to assess how production and supply information impacts the sales planning cycle.
Manage HTR factory production planning and import models,order, wholesales, sales and inventory analysis while identifying sales potential during month.
Lead the sales forecasting process (Niguri) and the product ordering process (Tanki), ensuring monthly forecast updates based on actual sales performance.
Prepare and distribute daily and weekly reports on sales, arrivals, stock levels, model-wise analysis for internal stakeholders.
Provide regular sales performance updates and weekly forecasts to senior management, HME, and HM.
Support the preparation of management reports and presentations for monthly advertising, action plan, Seihan and Niguri meetings, highlighting sales momentum, pace, month-end forecasts, and campaign performance.
The role is primarily office-based and may require travel and overnight stays for dealer visits, supplier meetings, and national or regional events.
