Move Coordinator and Billing Clerk

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Move Coordinator & Billing Clerk to support daily operations within a fast-paced transportation and logistics environment. This role is responsible for coordinating customer moves, maintaining accurate documentation, processing billing-related activities, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Move Coordination

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, agents, and internal teams throughout the move process
  • Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain required documentation for all moves
  • Update and manage shipment information in internal systems
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and operational tracking

Billing & Administrative Support

  • Accurately input and maintain data in company systems
  • Prepare and process billing documentation and related paperwork
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
  • Distribute documentation and correspondence as needed
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting requirements
  • Perform general clerical duties, including receptionist support when necessary
  • Collaborate with operations staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing

Work Environment

  • Dynamic, fast-paced setting requiring frequent task switching and strong attention to detail
  • Involves problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization of multiple responsibilities
  • Requires maintaining composure and efficiency under changing conditions

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or moving industry preferred
  • Experience with billing, administrative support, or coordination roles is a plus

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new systems and processes
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
