Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Move Coordinator & Billing Clerk to support daily operations within a fast-paced transportation and logistics environment. This role is responsible for coordinating customer moves, maintaining accurate documentation, processing billing-related activities, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Move Coordination
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, agents, and internal teams throughout the move process
- Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate execution
- Prepare, organize, and maintain required documentation for all moves
- Update and manage shipment information in internal systems
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and operational tracking
Billing & Administrative Support
- Accurately input and maintain data in company systems
- Prepare and process billing documentation and related paperwork
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Distribute documentation and correspondence as needed
- Support weekly and monthly reporting requirements
- Perform general clerical duties, including receptionist support when necessary
- Collaborate with operations staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing
Work Environment
- Dynamic, fast-paced setting requiring frequent task switching and strong attention to detail
- Involves problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization of multiple responsibilities
- Requires maintaining composure and efficiency under changing conditions
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or moving industry preferred
- Experience with billing, administrative support, or coordination roles is a plus
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new systems and processes
- High level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
