Zales Lawn and Landscaping is hiring a full-time Mow Crew Apprentice to join our maintenance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in landscaping, learn from experienced crew members, and grow within a company focused on creating abundant lives.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup
• Support daily route work on residential and commercial properties
• Learn to safely operate and care for landscape equipment
• Help maintain quality standards on every property
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical work
• Driver’s license preferred, but not required
