Mower/Landscaper

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Mower/Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy landscapes by performing lawn care, landscape maintenance, and various horticultural tasks. Your expertise will help create inviting outdoor spaces that enhance the environment and meet client expectations. Duties

• Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to cut grass, trim shrubs, and maintain landscaped areas
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, mulching, edging, pruning, and weed control
• Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes for planting and soil preparation
• Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens
• Assist with tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal using appropriate equipment such as chainsaws or excavators when necessary
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties
• Support hardscape projects by preparing sites for installation of patios, walkways, or retaining walls

Requirements

• Proven experience with lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping preferred
• Mechanical knowledge of power tools and landscaping equipment required
• Ability to operate machinery such as excavators or other construction equipment is a plus
• Strong understanding of horticulture principles and garden maintenance techniques
• Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and health assessment
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and troubleshooting issues effectively
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to safety standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.94 per hour
