Mowing Crew

Ron Davis Lawncare & Landscaping is looking for full time seasonal MOW crew members that are highly motivated and dependable to join our team. Experience is a plus. The Season is typically March-November.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• Must be able to work long hours
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs on a regular basis
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, and pull for extended periods of time
• Must possess Great Customer Service Skills
• Must Follow and Adhere to Company's Values and Standards

Responsibilities:

• Provide Scheduled Services according to instructions in safe and timely manner
• Provide Great Customer Service
• Meet and Exceed Customer Expectations
• Safely Operate Company Vehicles and Equipment
• Accurately Complete required paperwork
• Effectively Communicate Services, Expectations, and Landscape needs to Customers
• General Maintenance and Cleaning of vehicles and equipment

Paid sick leave after 90 days (accrued immediately)

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
