What You'll Do

As a Mowing Crew Member, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service and creating beautiful outdoor spaces for our customers. Responsibilities include:

• Mowing and trimming residential and commercial properties
• Operating equipment safely and efficiently, including zero-turn mowers, push and self-propelled mowers, weed eaters, edgers, and blowers
• Following established mowing techniques and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, professional appearance on customer properties
• Working as part of a team to complete jobs safely and efficiently
• Contributing to an outstanding customer experience

Experience is helpful, but it is not required. We provide training for individuals who bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability and desire to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
• Ability to learn and safely operate landscape maintenance equipment
• Ability to regularly stand, kneel, stoop, bend, and perform physical work throughout the day
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 85 pounds
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable transportation to and from our Topeka office
• Must be at least 18 years old
