Duties and Responsibilities
As an MS Compliance Officer I, you will serve as a liaison of the Department to all DUI Program. Duties include, analyzing personnel certification applications for DUI programs and administer biennial recertification. As well as, researching, analyzing, and resolving inquiries regarding DUI Programs. As an MS Compliance Officer I, you will be responsible for assisting with state-wide trainings and DUI Program site visit preparations. As well as, responsible for the certification and recertification of DUI Program staff statewide and magement of the certification system. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Have an associate’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Programs (Word and Outlook) to create letters
• Ability to review and analyze documents for compliance, make recommendations or decisions for corrective action, and interpret, analyze and implement laws, regulations, policies and/or procedures
• Skilled in the use of office machinery (fax, copiers, scanners, printers, computers), use of a multi-line telephone, establishing and maintaining customer files and records
• Ability to communicate effectively with others
• Ability to research, organize, and analyze data
• Ability in prioritizing tasks, multi-tasking and performing assigned duties without direct supervision

Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with the following:

• Experience using Microsoft Office Products to include Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience in the use of office machinery (fax, copiers, scanners, printers, computers), use of a multi-line telephone, establishing and maintaining customer files and records
• Experience providing customer service experience do you have maintaining confidential or sensitive information

Fingerprints and associated information/biometrics will be retained in the FBI’s Next Generation Identification (NGI) system and fingerprints may continue to be compared against fingerprints submitted to or retained by NGI.
