Job Description

  • Role overview: The MS Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Support Specialist is responsible for providing functional support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.



Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
  • good understanding of core F&O modules such as:
  • HR & Payroll, General Ledger , Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management
  • Experience with system implementation, configuration, workflows, and personalization.
  • Support testing activities including UAT, testing, and batch validation.
  • Maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration logs, and training materials.
  • Train end-users and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Familiarity Azure DevOps, and Power Platform tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using D365 F&O capabilities.
  • Ability to work in teamwork and collaboratively
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the operational aspects of implemented ERP systems, including system upgrades and enhancements.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Having a certification in MS Dynamics is a plus
