Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI Report Builder MS Power Automate Power BI Service MS Power BI MS Excel Database and SQL. This role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing data-driven solutions that enhance business decision-making and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for data visualization projects.
• Utilize MS Power Automate to streamline and automate business processes improving operational efficiency.
• Manage and optimize Power BI Service environments to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement and maintain data models and queries using MS Power BI and SQL to support reporting needs.
• Conduct data analysis using MS Excel to identify trends and patterns that inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI and related tools to resolve issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power BI and related technologies to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate data sources and enhance data accessibility.
• Document processes methodologies and best practices for data management and reporting.
• Participate in rotational shifts to provide continuous support and ensure project timelines are met.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering data-driven solutions that impact business outcomes positively.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in Power BI Report Builder MS Power Automate and Power BI Service.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Power BI and MS Excel for data analysis and visualization.
• Have solid experience with Database management and SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Show a keen interest in staying updated with emerging data technologies and trends.
• Display effective communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
