Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist – MSP/MSSP

Location: Lahore (Onsite)
Shift: Night (06:00 PM – 03:00 AM, Mon–Fri)

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist to promote our MSP/MSSP services to U.S.-based clients, especially in the healthcare sector. This role is ideal for someone with IT or cybersecurity sales experience and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential U.S. clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Sell cybersecurity solutions, including:
• 24/7 SOC monitoring
• SIEM & EDR tools
• HIPAA compliance support
• Ransomware protection
• Qualify leads, schedule demos, and manage CRM updates
• Work with marketing and technical teams
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in IT/cybersecurity or MSP/MSSP sales
• Knowledge of cybersecurity tools (SIEM, SOC, EDR, etc.)
• Strong English communication skills
• CRM and outreach experience
• Goal-driven with a sales mindset

Preferred:

• Experience selling to U.S. healthcare or regulated industries
• Understanding of HIPAA or cybersecurity compliance
