MSSQL Database Developer - IT / Data

We are looking for an experienced MSSQL Database Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance enterprise SQL Server databases and applications.

Develop and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions

Design database structures, normalization, and indexing for high-performance systems

Perform MSSQL administration tasks including backup, recovery, security, and monitoring

Collaborate with backend developers, solution architects, and business analysts

Integrate databases with systems like webMethods, Redis, PostgreSQL, and AWS S3

Support CI/CD pipelines and ETL processes for efficient data management

Ensure reliable, maintainable, and scalable database solutions

Required Skills & Certifications

• Strong SQL Server & T-SQL programming experience
• Database design, query optimization, and indexing
• MSSQL administration (backup, recovery, security, performance)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with ETL, cloud storage (AWS S3), Redis, PostgreSQL, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus
