Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Accounts & Finance to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience to gain hands-on exposure to core financial functions and build a career in finance and accounting within the real estate and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, bank reconciliations, and ledger management.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and internal reports.
• Coordinate with stores and procurement teams to verify material receipts (GRNs) and invoices.
• Assist in managing payables and receivables, including invoice tracking and vendor coordination.
• Support in budget tracking, expense monitoring, and monthly closings.
• Help ensure compliance with tax regulations and support in preparing necessary documentation.
• Work closely with the senior finance team on financial analysis and internal audits.
• Learn and apply financial policies, procedures, and ERP systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: M.COM, MBA/BBA in Finance/Accounting
• Experience: Fresh to 1 year of relevant internship or work experience
• Skills:
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial data handling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and professional integrity
