Position: MTO Business Development & Sales
Location: Lahore DHA Phase 8 (Ex Parkview)
Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite

About the Role:Are you a motivated and energetic fresher looking to kickstart your career in business development? Join our team as an MTO Business Developer and learn how to generate leads, manage clients, and grow professionally in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn to identify potential clients and business opportunities using CRM systems.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork.
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM under guidance.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in business or sales.
  • Basic understanding of CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Strong interest in business development and client engagement.
