Job Title: MTO Corporate Sales (Bread and Water)

Qualification: Fresh graduate with a BBA or MBA, preference for specialization in Marketing.
Experience: 0–1 year (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Skills:

• Strong negotiation & communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & other MS Office tools.
• Basic understanding of sales processes & customer relationship management.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical & organizational abilities.

Requirement:

• Must own a bike, as market visits are a mandatory part of business development.
• Fuel reimbursement will be provided for official travel.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular market visits using own bike to identify & pursue new business opportunities.
• Build & maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction & retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design sales strategies & achieve targets.
• Analyze market trends & customer needs to support data-driven decisions.
• Prepare structured sales reports & presentations using MS Excel.
• Actively support the team in achieving sales objectives & revenue growth.
