3 Months Paid Internship (with possibility of extension based on performance)

Stipend:

PKR 15,000 – 20,000 per month

Timings:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Description:

PNY Trainings is looking for a fresh graduate to join our HR Department as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO-HR). This role is designed for individuals who are eager to start their HR career and gain hands-on experience in human resources operations.

As an MTO-HR, you will be responsible for supporting daily HR functions, assisting in recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining HR documentation. You will work closely with the HR team to learn, contribute, and grow into a professional HR role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support in attendance and leave management.
• Assist in drafting and issuing HR letters, contracts, and notices.
• Coordinate with instructors, interns, and staff regarding HR queries.
• Help in conducting orientation sessions for new joiners.
• Provide support in HR reporting and documentation.
• Participate in employee engagement activities.
• Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• Fresh Graduate (BBA / MBA in HRM or relevant field preferred).
