We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee Officer – HR to support daily HR operations and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and maintain employee records
- Help organize training and engagement activities
- Maintain HR reports and HRIS data
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates from a reputable university.
