MTO - Inventory

We are seeking a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Inventory to support inventory operations and stock management across the organization. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to inventory control, stock reconciliation, reporting, warehouse coordination, and ERP systems.

Position: MT0-Inventory

Location: Defence Phase 8

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Duty Timings: 10am-6pm

Salary: 37000

Working Days: 6 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring inventory levels across locations.
• Support stock receiving, issuance, and transfer processes.
• Conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operational teams regarding stock requirements.
• Generate inventory reports and support data analysis.
