Hayat Kimya Pakistan Private Limited is a Turkey based Organization having its renowned brand Molfix, Bebem, Good Care Natural, Good Care Regular, Molped, Papia, Familia & Evony Masks.

We are currently seeking a passionate and performance-driven professional to join our Marketing team as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Marketing at our Head Office .

Role Summary:

As an MTO – Marketing , you will gain hands-on experience across key marketing functions, including brand management, consumer insights, and commercial strategy , while supporting the execution of brand initiatives in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early career professionals who are passionate about marketing and eager to learn, grow, and develop into future marketing leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Brand Management team in planning and executing marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Assist in market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
• Contribute to the development of brand strategies, promotional activities, and product launches.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and campaign results.
• Support the development of digital marketing and social media initiatives.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Passion for marketing, brand building, and consumer understanding.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and learning agility.
