Job Title: MTO Production (Food Processing)
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: BS in Food Technology/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience:

• 0–1 year of experience in the Food Processing Industry (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Internship or academic projects in food production, packaging, or process optimization will be a plus.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of production processes and quality control in food manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP/SAP/Oracle systems is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn lean manufacturing and food safety standards (HACCP, FSSC, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring food production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with quality standards.
• Support senior teams in material reconciliation, inventory tracking, and production reporting.
• Learn and apply Lean Manufacturing principles to minimize waste.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols strictly.
• Help document production data and assist in troubleshooting minor issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects under supervision.
