MTO - Project Management

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our MTO Programme in Project Management. As a Management Trainee Officer, you will initially focus on learning and mastering core project management tasks while working closely with clients and internal teams. With structured guidance and hands-on experience, you will gradually take on broader responsibilities, including client strategy, campaign optimization, and cross-team coordination.

This role is designed for individuals who aspire to grow into senior project management and digital marketing leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities (Progressive Scope):

Phase 1 – Core Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, and tracking of projects.
• Coordinate between creative, content, and performance marketing teams.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates.
• Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and client expectations are met.

Phase 2 – Learning & Expansion (as skills develop)

• Engage more actively with clients on progress and expectations.
• Participate in campaign reviews and performance discussions.
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and suggest process improvements.
• Take responsibility for budget tracking and resource allocation.

Phase 3 – Advanced Responsibilities (growth stage in the MTO programme)

• Independently lead end-to-end client projects.
• Contribute to campaign strategy and performance optimization.
• Mentor junior team members and new associates.
• Provide insights and recommendations for agency-wide improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in project management and digital marketing.
• Excellent English communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on increasing responsibility.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic project management tools (knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus).
