About the Role:
We’re looking for a research-driven and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our team at Tresmark. In this role, you’ll work on analyzing financial markets, ensuring the accuracy of financial datasets, and creating insightful research content that helps clients make informed decisions.

If you enjoy researching economic trends, validating market data, and developing content that simplifies complex financial insights, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collect, analyze, and validate financial market data from local and global sources.
• Perform quality checks on financial and economic datasets, resolve data gaps, and document results.
• Draft, edit, and publish research reports, market updates, blogs, and presentations.
• Support the research team in preparing client-focused insights on currencies, commodities, equities, and macroeconomic indicators.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Research, Tech, Content) to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Assist in preparing material for Tresmark’s social media platforms and client communications.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Education: BBA, MBA, B.Com (Finance/Economics/Business preferred)
• 0 to 1 year of experience in financial market research, data analysis, or research-based internships.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, macroeconomic indicators, and global economic trends
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of content tools (Canva, Adobe) is a plus
