MTO Sales and Operations

As a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) at Artema Medical, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for supporting both operations and sales functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the biomedical equipment and surgical instruments industry while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities;

Sales Assistance

• Support sales team in client targeting via LinkedIn, email outreach, and assist in proposal creation and product demos.
• Maintain product listings for visibility, provide responsive customer support to resolve inquiries efficiently.

Operations Support

• Oversee daily operations and documentation, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Coordinate with QC/QA teams to uphold product standards, streamline documentation, and analyze metrics for improvement.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Operations or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to deal with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
